RAAM – Dr. Amit Samarth

Dr. Amit Samarth will be the first Indian to race RAAM solo and finish it. Dr. Amit Samarth will be participating in RAAM in 2017. Preparations include not just unimaginable, rigorous endurance training but also a dedicated process of acclimatizing himself for harsh physical conditions including the weather. He is a doctor by profession but likes to make a mark in different walks of life. After completing MBBS from Indira Gandhi Medical College, Nagpur he went ahead to do a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, Maryland USA.
